I implemented the cooldown bc I felt it might be too overpowered to allow the character to infinitely block for no TP cost, but I'll probably take another look at it and either reduce or remove the cooldown entirely tbh. It doesn't matter if it's balanced or not if everyone finds it unfun to use.
I'm still glad I implemented it for this mod though, bc I have a future character releasing that 1000% requires spell cooldowns for her design to work, and it'd would've really sucked if I missed that bug on her mod before release.
Awesome mod by the way, been playing in a 3 man with a couple of my friends using the Fun Gang and loving it, I can't wait to see what secret stuff we can find! Excited to see what comes in the future as well, though please take some time lol, 5 months is such a long time for a free mod of this quality. Hope you don't get burnt out of the game!
Looks like the lowest it can go right now is 1 second? That should probably be fine because the cooldown starts the second you click the button, and it takes a second to enter the parry state in the first place.
No plans for any skill trees currently, though. Only a fraction of mod subscribers actually play a character long enough to unlock skill trees, so the massive amount of effort required to make them doesn't really seem worth it to me imo.
@AMETHYST KNIGHT Not unexpected. One of Kris's hidden perks is extremely hard to notice unless you're using Info mods. You could've already encountered it tbh, since it requires multiplayer. Their other hidden perk(s) are pretty obvious, so you'd know if you encountered it lol.
Uhhhhh stage play as in soliloquies? i wasn't aware custom soliloquies were a requirement for any item rewards...
i can look into adding it in the future, but right now i have no idea what any of them would say tbh
