i just found out that you can recruit from your own faction :D

I love the mod, I would recommend the pricing to scale via Skill Level and Traits. For every Skill level higher than X, you could give it a Y cost, and for every good trait you can add X and for every bad trait you can subtract Y. You should also do a minimum amount like 1k, so that it stays balanced but logically I think it could work. I'm not sure how you determined the pricing but this sort of system can help when integrating this mod with other mods.

This is awesome, it just make sense, recruit NPC at a camp, this should be a vanilla feature imo, another way for me to get more pawn
