It's my first time to make mod by myself,and I type the original mod code with Chinese in code at first, I didn't realize it will cause code problem in English using scene.So I made this Version for english user then(but still with the english in the source code).

Now with the reminding ,I have fixed the problem and The original Version should support Chinese and English both,and support XML translation :https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3571922261。

Whatever, You can still use This mod if you only play in English. But if you meet some red errors, I may have fixed them already in The original Version.

Mod for simple Recruitment.

Due to the difficulty of population growth in the original colonial management,while the enemies are always endless, and the death and injury of colonizers are always inevitable (can you imagine a colony's main population growth relying on capturing enemies and surrendering?), so I made this mod. It has added a "recruitment" interface to the settlements of various factions, allowing players' caravan to spend silver directly to recruit corresponding faction colonizers from the settlements. It is similar to purchasing colonizers directly from slave merchants or mercenary groups, but it is simpler and more controllable.

I have tried my best to avoid generating special characters such as Kiiro Valor and have adjusted the silver expenses to be as reasonable as possible. If you have any questions, please leave a comment in the comments.

I love the mod, I would recommend the pricing to scale via Skill Level and Traits. For every Skill level higher than X, you could give it a Y cost, and for every good trait you can add X and for every bad trait you can subtract Y. You should also do a minimum amount like 1k, so that it stays balanced but logically I think it could work. I'm not sure how you determined the pricing but this sort of system can help when integrating this mod with other mods.

This is awesome, it just make sense, recruit NPC at a camp, this should be a vanilla feature imo, another way for me to get more pawn :cool_seagull:
