@Cegorach

Currently working on it. So far the aqueduct is the last event. In the future it will unlock a new decision to build sewers which will start another event chain that will lead to positive modifiers.
Cegorach cu 13 ore în urmă
Does the Stench of Kinglanding event chain continue after building th aqueduct?
Mr.Phillip99Rus cu 22 ore în urmă
How do I remove the "Dishonorable Kingsguard" modifier?
Maño  [autor] 6 oct. la 4:38
@Port Sacral

I will check this thank you!
Maño  [autor] 6 oct. la 4:38
@Jam Glad you enjoy the mod!

So the decision to expand the royal demesne for now is limited to Landingfield, once you build the keep there through the event you should not have access to the decision anymore. I will recheck this is the case.

I plan to expand what you can do with that barony, I am looking to create another event chain to build a great building there, I am thinking for example a university that you can go study in and send your heirs to and can rival Oldtown. I also plan to add another decision to visit your keep there and manage the Royal lands and livestock and an event chain to do with whool and monopolies.

I am looking to add similar decisions but to do with expanding the de jure lands of the Crownlands into Maidenpool, the Kingswoord and even Harrenhall through immersive event chains that may lead to wars and tyranny but that is in the future.
Jam 5 oct. la 23:23
Hey! I absolutely adore the mod, thank you for all the hard work you put in! It dramatically increases my interest in playing as the Iron Throne, the entire mod is extremely immersive, thank you!

I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end, but the decision to settle/covert landingfield into your own holding seems to be the same event that fires every (5? 10?) years - It'd be great if that could be expanded further to other close by counties owned by the Thornes for example (at the great cost of tyranny and coin) or the event should be a one off (I'm not sure if decisions like this can be a one off, maybe once it's claimed some options to increase/decrease tax like with the gold cloaks would be a neat ending to the event chain

Anyway thanks again for making this! 10/10

The internal improvements of the Maester's Turret that improve the physician aptitude (Surgeon Tools, Dentist Advisors, Reference Corpus) don't include Maesters since they are a different court position. Could you change it so the Maester's aptitude is improved instead?
Mightus 5 oct. la 11:18
Hmm, just throwing ideas but:
-Iron Isles produce a lot of Iron Ore, so something related to forging weaponry during the war, maybe army maintenance bonus if they agree to help, and malus if they staunchly refuse or are on the enemy side
- Dorne maybe importing Spices and Luxury Goods in general - so prestige etc.
- The North, could provide a lot of wood, so something related to building speed and maybe embarking cost (cheaper ship construction)
- Riverlands - and now I think I have an interesting idea; since it is a rather poor often war ravaged region, there could be something about refugees flooding King's Landing during major rebellions, and various reactions to it, like increased development (population), but massively reduced control and popular opinion, and also some possible maluses on refusing to to let them in (maybe tyranny?)

Not sure about Stormalnds or The Vale right now
Maño  [autor] 5 oct. la 10:57
@Mightus

That is a great suggestion! I actually thought about that. It would be cool to have more strategic interactions with the other kingdoms. I thought about the Westerlands having to provide the ore for the coins, could be tied to the reconing option. I will have to think how to do it.

Also looking for ideas for interactions with the other kingdoms that are not too gamey.
Mightus 5 oct. la 10:19
I love this mod; the events are engaging (I especially liked the event chain about extinguishing the King's Landing stench, lol), there is a wide variety of domicile buildings, and I feel like you balanced the bonuses and costs really well, so that they aren't overpowered but also don't feel like a waste of money.
The only thing I think would be cool to add (if you take such suggestions) is adding something similar to grain mechanic tied to Reach for other kingdoms; like Westerlands could supply precious metals for coinage etc.
YourMomsACow 3 oct. la 21:27
Understood. I'm excited to see where this mod goes in the future
Maño  [autor] 3 oct. la 20:43
Sadly I can’t add gamerules for everything, but I really appreciate the suggestions. I started this mod not only to add more flavour but also to make ruling the Iron Throne more chaotic and difficult like it is in the ASOIAF world. I intend to keep expanding the mod in that direction slowly overtime.

I originally made this mod for myself, but decided to share it with others because I know some of you will enjoy it too. I must say I would rather spend my limited time creatively, adding features and expanding over catering to individual tastes. Having said that I am eager to hear all your ideas and suggestions and do take them into account. I oftentimes change my mind.

I also have some ideas for Kings to make more gold relating to navy, commerce and livestock that I will implement in the future.
YourMomsACow 3 oct. la 19:56
A gamerule to make the modifiers more positive then negative would be cool as well but that might be asking a lot
Maño  [autor] 3 oct. la 19:22
You have all the new buildings for now. In any case, most of your income is from your vassals, that will not be affected.
YourMomsACow 3 oct. la 18:52
Will there be anything to balance out all the negative income modifiers? Or is it gonna be a money sink all the way?
Maño  [autor] 3 oct. la 18:33
@YourMomsACow Yeah they will cost money to build and have a monthly tax income penalty for maintenace.
YourMomsACow 3 oct. la 18:05
Will the sewers have a negative income modifier when you add them?
Maño  [autor] 3 oct. la 13:12
Thanks guys for your suggestions and support, I will look into adding game rules in the near future, makes a lot of sense.

I also really have to tweak the costs and bonuses of the domiciles for sure. I want to make it a money sink too that is the idea with tiny bonuses and running costs.
MobyDack 3 oct. la 13:07
Funny there should be a discussion about this happening when Ive also ran my first round with the mod :D Great mod! Thanks for all the work!
MobyDack 3 oct. la 13:06
To also add to the user below, adding a game rule cost modifier to the Red Keep domicile upgrades would be nice.

Reason being when people usually conquer the Iron Throne, they have enough gold to just blast through it. With the game rule you could give ppl a moneysink they can change however they like. For me personally I would love to have a 1k-2k money sink which extends my playthroughs
ladyceniza 3 oct. la 12:26
As a suggestion, I would add the different features as game rules, so players could mix and match what they want on their gameplay. I got swamped with the Feed Kings Landing constant micromanagement. The domicile however I love and would like to play it standalone for a more sandbox feel. Again, thank you for your creativity.
Maño  [autor] 3 oct. la 12:01
@ladyceniza Thank you, you can still play it in Shattered World but some things might not make much sense.
ladyceniza 3 oct. la 11:49
Thank you for clarifying, love the mod btw
Maño  [autor] 3 oct. la 11:25
The Mod is not designed for Shattered World @ladyceniza 7
ladyceniza 3 oct. la 11:16
I became a petty king with a shattered world and the Red Keep showed up, I thought that it would show until I became Empire title King of the Iron Throne.
Cidalex 3 oct. la 1:17
Just to say : I love this mod
Maño  [autor] 2 oct. la 18:50
@YourMomsACow You cannot recoin and stamp on the same turn, you have to do either one every 5 years
YourMomsACow 2 oct. la 18:27
when i upgraded the coinage i didn't have access to the option to stamp my image anymore
Maño  [autor] 2 oct. la 18:17
@YourMomsACow Yeah you can. But you can only stamp once in a Lifetime.
YourMomsACow 2 oct. la 17:57
can you not stamp your image if you have strong coinage?
Maño  [autor] 2 oct. la 14:32
New update with:

-Kingsguard traits matter: 80 new events which will raise or reduce the honor of the Kingsguard depending on your Knights traits.

-Royal mint and coinage decisions: Debase currency, recoin, stamp your image, ask for a small loan, raise port tariffs on certain goods and hurt your enemies economy.

-10 minor random flavor events
Maño  [autor] 1 oct. la 10:31
@Mr.Phillip99Rus No need. I am only adding stuff or tweaking things. Will stop updating for a while very soon too.
Mr.Phillip99Rus 1 oct. la 9:28
Do I need to start a new game with each mod update?
Maño  [autor] 1 oct. la 4:50
@LemurKing It will only activate when you own the Red Keep. AI will have it if you lose the Red Keep but will not build or make use of the decisions.
LemurKing 30 sept. la 18:44
Will the AI make use of this at all, or does it only activate once I own the red keep?
YourMomsACow 29 sept. la 18:18
Love the direction the mods going. I've always wanted to make Kings Landing a real city like oldtown that isnt a complete shithole to cap off a campaign
Maño  [autor] 29 sept. la 7:15
Updated with a new (costly) decision and event chain to attempt to improve the stench of King's Landing. This is the groundwork for the upcoming sewers event chain.
✟☧Constantine☧✟ 29 sept. la 3:49
Thats understandable, atleast this mod is peak anyways lol
Maño  [autor] 29 sept. la 3:47
@✟☧Constantine☧✟ If I had more time and extra help I definitely would! Sadly it is just me and so I must prioritise where my work would have the most impact.

I hope others are inspired to create domiciles for the other great castles!
✟☧Constantine☧✟ 29 sept. la 0:06
Is there a possibility for a mod for other capitals too? like Winterfell and etc?
Maño  [autor] 28 sept. la 16:43
I think so, back it up just in case and give it a go.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but can this work on an ongoing save?
Maño  [autor] 28 sept. la 14:27
@sam.uele

You definitely need the Royal Court DLC and probably others too. I made this with all DLC enabled.
Old Druid 28 sept. la 14:08
thank you!
sam.uele 28 sept. la 12:24
hi! only for me the mod doesn't work? maybe i need some addictional dlc or something? or maybe i have a mod that interferes whit this one? can someone let me now? thx!
Maño  [autor] 28 sept. la 9:50
@Teebs036 If I had more time and extra help I definitely would! Sadly it is just me and so I must prioritise where my work would have the most impact.

Teebs036 28 sept. la 8:27
Honestly this is an incredibly innovative mod whilst I appreciate you're taking time with this mod but I really hope you get the support needed to bring a similar (albeit smaller scale!) system to the Lord Paramount's.

Exceptional work either way, thank you!
Maño  [autor] 28 sept. la 5:06
@pelicant Thank you for the feedback, I agree with you. I will increase the space between the crime events. It is too click intensive at the moment.

@Mr.Phillip99Rus I am considering adding a Royal mistress court position. For extra events it is a bit out of the scope of the mod but we will see in the future when other things are done.
Mr.Phillip99Rus 28 sept. la 3:42
It would be nice if there were events (and as many as possible) about noble mistresses and romantic relationships with spouses. It would also be nice to have the possibility of events about falling in love and subsequently marrying upon reaching adulthood between the Targaryen siblings.
