It will apply the values of level 20 to anything above level 20

Say I have EndlessGrowth, which uncaps the skill levels from 20.
Will everything work fine? Will going past level 20 melee make pawns go even faster?

I think the effects of both mods might be additive but have not tested!

@BigGovernment Melee cooldown seems to be harder to patch and it is not at the core of my mod idea, sorry!

I had an idea for a similar mod that increases XP gain by intellectual skill, maybe by something like 2% per level?

This mod only affects the stats outlined above. No melee cooldown. And the reload mod does reload speed only.

But wouldn't be difficult to add melee cooldown too.
