Yes, according to a lot of discussion, certain rocks should not be made destructible in the new version of the game. I'll need to spend some time troubleshooting which rocks are causing the problem, which will take some time (especially as a graduate student writing a thesis). If anyone is willing, please help by reporting the rock types that cause the problem, or by modifying the mod and publishing it on the Workshop.
I noticed you have a certain amount of resources accumulated, and I'm wondering if this is the case. You created a new campaign save without the mod, then later imported this mod and used the planetary scanner to create other maps. This might cause some conflicts, but I'm not sure.
I recommend testing the mod's effectiveness with a new save if you haven't already. Thank you for your dedication to this mod, and I hope things improve.
