Yes, I've read on other posts that after the latest update, some birth rate-related modification parameters might not work under certain circumstances or in specific locations, such as those tied to literacy rates. Perhaps future versions will resolve this issue. Currently, the modifications in my mod are functioning correctly.

I'm trayed to add modifier to the Subsistence farmto reduce pops but it doesn't work it's increased the pops rather than refused them

hi can add a reduces in pop based on Literacy and arable land usage just like this mod ?
