@Calypso I kept it intentionaly vague, but in short terms it is an inexplicably sterile but habitable world used as a sanctuary for terminally ill and heavily immunodeficient.
Calypso 17 nov om 10:52
Hi! Sorry to bother you, but may i know what exactly a "Wardworld" is? The concept intrigues me immensly and i would love to hear more about them!
Hugalafutro 1 okt om 16:16
I see, thanks for the reply! I just always worry about bonded animals so much I hate to see them hurt.
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 1 okt om 15:15
@Hugalafutro The Animal Prosthetics mod has 3 categories of animals when it comes to how complex their prosthetics can be. Gutterhogs are category 1, meaning only the most simple ones eg. peg legs apply to them, like vanilla pigs and wild boars.-
Hugalafutro 1 okt om 12:09
Hello, sorry for bothering you again, Install Bionic animal eye operation is missing from Gutterhog. It is showing on Toxoga. Friends forever implant shows on both as well. Apparently eye is a limb though as I was able to cure the piggy with Regrow Limbs psycast, but I thought I'd let you know
HydroFrog64 27 sep om 14:07
close enough. welcome home frogs in rimworld.
Hugalafutro 22 sep om 3:12
Thank you! <3

Updated to v1.0.3
- Stopped wild gutterhogs from digging up items to prevent pawns from constantly running to retrieve them;
- Added compatibility with A Dog Said 2: Animal Prosthetics.
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 21 sep om 11:20
@Hugalafutro unfortunately pawn reaction to Toxogas is tied to their personality traits, specifically psycopaths get a -3 mood malus IIRC.
Hugalafutro 21 sep om 10:11
Thank you so much! I like to get them bonded to remove their pain, at one point I had a herd of 20 Toxogas roaming my gravship, but too much is too much so I released most of them and only kept the bonded ones and gave them the snip.

Unrelated - Out of my 13 pawns only one of them "hates" Toxogas, she gets the -3 Toxoga proximity debuff all the others get +1, is there a way to make her like the Toxogas? I keep some sleeping in her bedroom anyway maybe she gets used to them :D
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 21 sep om 9:42
@Hugalafutro I'll look into it. I liked the mod back in a day, would be cool to do a patch.
In addition I'll see about gutterhogs foraging, I think I finally understand the problem.
Hugalafutro 21 sep om 9:33
Hi would you consider patch for A Dog Said 2? My poor Toxoga has a destroyed lung and I want to help it, but the animal bionic replacement don't show for animals from this mod. Chin-chin is 80 years old and been bonded with my fav pawn for ~15years in game I wanna turn it into a terminator :D

re Gutterhogs: in my game they forage even wild, my pawns constantly run away to all corners of map to pick up what the wild Gutterhogs dug up.
X Drake 15 sep om 0:37
the ones i had were purchased from a trader and i checked to train their foraging skill, sorry for not being clearer.
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 14 sep om 13:05
Gutterhogs eat like normal animals do, they start digging up items once domesticated.
X Drake 14 sep om 9:27
unsure if it was a mod conflict, in my last save gutterhogs only foraged berries like regular pigs, unless their production doesn't give a notification. added the mod mid save at the time.
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 7 sep om 18:51
@NightShadow I did some testing, all pen behaviour is working as intended. Toxogas and cryotoads do not recognise pens because they can be assigned to zones, like it was done before pens were a thing.
Doc 7 sep om 18:48
These look great, and perfectly fit with a Fallout, or even Halo themed modlist. Great work!

Updated to v1.0.2
- Fixed a few minor typos;
- Russian translation by @MurMax.
girlkisser 5 sep om 18:29
Oh, typo report: the description of the Toxoga says they're "fiersly" intelligent, instead of fiercely
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 1 sep om 15:00
@NightShadow this never came up for me during testing, I will have to re-check. Have you considered a possibility of mod conflict?
NightShadow 1 sep om 9:13
Really neat mod, but the animals from this don't recognise functional pens so they're locked into wandering constantly
Regina George 30 aug om 23:47
Omg these animals are so cool! Love the toxin biome stuff and animals in them!
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 30 aug om 18:08
@MurMax Thanks! I'll push that with a new branch that will be merged with main release next update. Спасибо большое)
@Rubaedo I've been thinking about more animals ever since I finished this one, so look forward to it)
Rubaedo 30 aug om 13:01
This is fabulous. Honestly my favorite animal mod on the workshop, hands down. I'd love to see some more predators tbh.
GreenTrapped 30 aug om 4:40
Can't believe that icefrog from VALVe is now in Rimworld
MurMax 30 aug om 1:41
Sent pull request with Ru translation
Hqiran 29 aug om 4:07
Love the art, it feels vanilla.
Luckspeare 28 aug om 18:48
I'm not normally inclined toward mods that make animals produce minerals and stuff, but the art and implementation looks so good, I like. Really nice, subtle and consistent with vanilla art, but distinctive and elegant.
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 28 aug om 17:37
Updated to v.1.0.1
- Integration with some mods that add toxic plants;
- If VAE — Waste Animals is installed, Leadbelly and Toxoga yield toxic meat and toxic leather;
- Added a more subtle audio effect when Leadbellies clean pollution;
- Enabled Toxogas to give mood effects in caravans;
- Increased the market value of cottonfoot rabbits.

Adding VAE - Waste Animals mid-save will despawn any meat from butchered Leadbellies and Toxogas and cause issues with food permissions.
girlkisser 28 aug om 14:01
Because the cryotoad isn't secretive or being stored for later use, it's just really cold.
GreenTrapped 27 aug om 23:26
Because cryptosleep and cryosleep are two different things, I'm pretty sure
Bambaro 27 aug om 17:42
Why isn't it called a cryptoad?
Gunk_Bunkus 27 aug om 16:40
kind of nuts that this is only your second rimworld mod
Ackmann 27 aug om 15:30
I see what you did with the Toxoga... over 20 years later...
OMG, these are so cute. Thank you so much! :steamthis:
MerlinCross 27 aug om 6:33
Oh these look really cool and I've been doing a lot of tribal based colonies my last few attempts. These will work perfectly in said colonies.
Mildred 26 aug om 19:38
Wow, this was awesome to come across. I really like how it's creative, yet totally fits in with "Ludeon feel" if that makes sense. The sprites look great and I'm excited to finally try ranching in this game. Your description's photos on this Steam page also look nice with the transparency. When Steam started the "workshop" feature years ago, I think this page is a great example of what it was for. Nice job!
Ruined Pilk (FEB)  [auteur] 26 aug om 18:44
Thank you all for your kind comments. I will be releasing a patch to clean up some of the things I missed soon
Marianna 26 aug om 17:49
The creature concept sounds very fun and that art is so clean
blitz260819 26 aug om 15:32
Please make more mods like this! This is amazing!
8thLegion 26 aug om 13:49
so basically, this is fire
Fishkeeper01 26 aug om 9:28
So I get some very specific vibes from the toxoga. "Ed...ward..." vibes.
Croctus 26 aug om 9:03
Now this is an interesting one. And I immediately feel bad for the toxoga.
L. Velociraptor 26 aug om 8:02
Oh heck yes, this is an awesome idea and I really like the art! Thanks for the mod, excited to try it out!
girk 26 aug om 8:01
Baby, I'm preying on you tonight
girlkisser 26 aug om 5:59
Oh I'm loving this. The textures and lore feel like they fit right into RImworld, the animals are very varied and give more reasons to ranch multiple types of animals plus additional challenges, and there's *FINALLY A REASON TO TAME RABBITS* oh my gosh. I think this mod might get glued to my modlist from my next playthrough onwards.
turkler 26 aug om 5:15
really cool mod!
Chowder 25 aug om 18:43
What awesome ideas! Great art, too!
truncate 25 aug om 17:34
these are pretty cool
RojoMuerte 25 aug om 17:30
Nice, great graphics!
