Hey, thanks for making this mod! Also just wanted to let you know that when generating a world with your mod installed, the maze will generate with no chests in it.

The Diving Leech, which lets you into the Abyssal subworld, drops from anything post-Plantera. 1/200 chance I believe.

Hello, I'm currently doing a playthrough with this, but I'm a little confused on how I would fight the Diver boss as from what I'm finding its supposed to be by finding something in the Abyss, however I cannot access the abyss without the drop this mod adds to the Diver, very much appreciated if this is answered.

The maze and the arena for the Wall of Shadows both exist in this mod.

The maze is quite a bit of required progression, considering that it is home to the only spawn area for the wall of shadows (basically unlocks all of lategame hwj). I was kind of hoping to use this mod to stuff HWJ into a heavily modded instance, but I will take interest in this mod’s progress

Neither, it's a subworld. It doesn't affect any ocean at all, the subworld is an entirely different area.

bug report: I dont know if other players already said it... the mod also removes The Dark/Maze biome, not only Abyss, but only Abyss has a item to acess it (afaik). I had to make another world without the mod to explore it.

@Abtin I think the dark is a separate biome from the abyss from what I've read, but never played through the mod.

Maybe this mod also makes it possible to add homeward journey mid playthrough? But probably before you beat any big boss like Moonlord or Wall of flesh, homeward journey might add a couple of things to your world after you beat those, I'm entirely not sure

I just tested this, and yes! It still generates the biome in a subworld without needing a new world to be generated as a "subworld" is basically a new world in a world! Though I don't know if you will be missing something else in the homeward journey mod

I did test this mod with multiple others, adding calamity fables and spirit reforged including coralite with this mod in remnants worldgen, and yes there were crashes at first but after finding the right seeds, it works without problem at all! Ty for this mod :steamhappy:

really? mine actually generated with remnants and even the spirit mod combined :steamthis::steamthumbsup: Maybe a different seed would work I did notice certain seeds cause crashes during the worldgen

If this feature is added for more heavy worldgen structures on other popular mods then we can have a giant modpack without issues. Especially for singleplayer experience. Really good feature

Yes, though you'd be missing all of Thorium's generation and most of Homeward Journey's, I wouldn't recommend it.

I have questions what about sots and calamity!
Sots generated Sanctuary in underworld left botton map.
A calamity generated azafure in also underworld left botton map.
If combine sots and calamity that is look like this!

Nah but the foundation you've laid here is gonna be crucial in the coming Terraria Golden Age of mod-packs, even as a temporary solution while incompatibilities are fixed, having a proof of concept like this will galvanize the rest of the community to make their own versions for world generation heavy mods like Spooky, come the Quest Book release by Nycro. Which is, in my view, one of the final pieces of the tapestry before things really take off.
