Is it possible to get a patch with BPM for this?

Compared to vanilla or the other veterancy mods, I actually find myself checking the enemy unit's ranks. I like the gap between unit combat performance and effort it takes to achieve it. However, once the exp bug gets fixed, the experience needed to level may be too high.
