Hi, I wanted to ask if there's a "Population balancing for playercount" separate addon or one that works similarly to how it does here?

yeah, unfortunately it has to be part of the magnum .txt file, so dog is right that you aught to download a nightmare magnum script before subbing to this (which will cause conflicts but it shouldnt be that bad). It uses almost the exact same stats as regular npack so that should work fine anyways

@migon it is a script, u can edit the script if u know how to edit vpk. Otherwise, u will need another magnum script addon loaded after this mod that is balanced around the same damage numbers which is like 1000+ damage.

I may be a dumbass, but if the disabled bots are a separate addon (as you've stated previously), where or what addon do I need to change to enable said bots again?

A tiiiiny little feedback: When you're playing solo or duo, there is barely any "zombat music" going on. I guess its triggered only when there is enough zeds around :(

sorry if this is annoying, but is there any possible way to disable "struggle to escape" specifically?
I was playing on the "solo play" mutation for a while and enjoyed how punishing it was to not have your guard up for specials, and how amazing it felt to have a defib on you (saves you from specials) and now its unfortunately very easy to escape special grapples. Other than that, I seriously love this pack

I made the decision to make the survivor bot thing a separate addon for people that want to disable it. Try resubbing to the whole pack to see if that works, sorry for the confusion

I may be stupid but is there a reason why as to my survivor bots are still here? Tried clearing out ems file and reinstalling whole collection, but they are still there

I just want them gone and for them to stop taking my stuff :c

Was it changed to where getting incapacitated by special infected instantly kills you?
I like playing the Nightmare modpack with Last Man on Earth and I came back to it after a couple days and instead of getting a chance to kill the infected while on extremely low health after they've drained my health, (ex. Smoker, Charger, etc) it just kills me now.

Yeah the snipers are actually pretty much balanced.

They are pretty strong as they are. So the crosshair nerf is more then fine :3

And the fact that bolt rifle only got 5rnd mag is okay. And the Hunting rifle got 10rnd mag so they're not OP IMO. They got a spesific role in the script :3

I may go back and add the penetration power back. Idk if you noticed but snipers have taken a bit of an accuracy hit as well, and I envisioned the magnum to essentially be a sniper sidearm - good against specials and stationary targets but bad on the run. May make it match the snipers more in that case

I'm sorry to say this but magnum is kinda poo poo at the moment :(

I guess it would be fine with the nerfs and all IF i had normal crosshair.

At least i could see where im aiming and how that works accurately, etc. (I assume crosshair coming back is not going to be a thing)

However it would be good, if it could be more reliable. If im correct the damage has been nerfed AND the fact that bullets wont penetrate infecteds. It would be nice to at least have SOME sort of accuracy back :(

Pistols are easily overshadowing the magnum at the moment. Even a single handgun is a better option then magnum, in my opinion :/

I believe weapons overall are kinda well balanaced

Neither me or my duo can host a game after the recent updates; L4D2 keeps crashing no matter the map/host. Singleplayer works without issues
