I will say, I don't think an aesthetic glowup was ever going to be enough to make the second half shine, it's a claustrophobic mess which doesn't give you a clear sense of progress or direction. Between the sketchy level design and the narrative redundancy of stuff like the airex core, it's really no wonder this segment got cut. Good effort though, I was kinda getting a Portal 2 vibe from the visuals in there.
Overall this is the best thing I've played on the workshop so far, you did such a good job making it feel like a real place and not just a bunch of generic corridors. I'd love to see your take on other cut environments like the wasteland.
This Mod Is AMAZING!
In Black Mesa during the warehouse, i was frustrated and depressed :((((((
The first bits leading up to it was fun and all, BUT IT WAS RUINED BY THAT WAREHOUSE!!!!
THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WAREHOUSE OF EXPLOSIVES!!!!!!!!!
Truly a Source masterpiece

Resembles the bleak heavens of Guts, yet it is rendered through the idiom of Half-Life architectural fatalism with the rendition of the core citadel meltdown just like in Episode 1
Another befuddling aspect was traversing the labyrinth and sheer copious size of enemies, having to reach the mantle core while
My only problem with it is the constantly respawning soldiers, but they were easy to evade.
Really nice work, the layout of the map is awesome, there's great scenery the metal industry stuff with the clean metal, kinda "medical" industrial stuff, is really cool. Again very well made.
It has great action, and very fun.
This is one of the best campains in the workshop.
Now.... some encounters with the enemies are very tough, too much enemies and with the ARs that are very powerful, plus the ants, that are annoying AF.
There's some enemy placement that is kinda bad , and i had a problem with the final stage, i destroyed everything but theres no end scene.
Overall, veeeery nice mod, hope you do more!!
and i give it a 8
