that's surely okay, my mod is also not locked (just hashfsv2 packed) so you can easily have a look at my defs if you are interested, and check into some exact differences - I mean, I guess I remember including not every variant of each truck... and kind of low top speeds (about 80 kmh)

@hatolivar this mod just modifies the def files to enable the truck to spawn in traffic, making it ownable and drivable is beyond what I know how to do

@Jerry521 Thanks, yeah I'll be reducing the spawn rate of the American Lines railroad police car in the next update of my other mod. I think part of the reason why it's spawning so frequently is that in any one area of the map, there's only a couple other police cars the game can choose from to spawn there. I may also move the vehicle to the light truck class which should make it spawn less due to the larger pool of vehicles for the game to select from, and it will also prevent the car from unrealistically spawning as an escort vehicle in special transport jobs
