It shouldn't in any way conflict with Universal Wardrobe, as far as I'm aware. If they affect the same NPCs, then they should simply be able to wear clothes from both mods.

i've been spending too much time modding skyrim, I legitimately experienced PTSD from the NPC Distribution part of the title.

extremely based and epic. love being able to find new items dynamically during gameplay instead of just defaulting to crafting them all. you might have forgotten to add historic armor and clothes as a requirement on steam though
