Just to circle back around to this, one of the interesting traits of this map is that each of the tiles marked with a city are guaranteed to be not just farmlands, but large provinces. As such, they are EXTREMELY valuable, which kind of warps expansion priorities if you're familiar with the map - you still want to hit your province count parity, but where you push towards matters a lot.

Unless I have to manually repaint province dominion borders by hand, GotG Lite took me like five hours on that alone.
