You can find the mod dedicated specifically to you right here :D
Seriously though: great tip from you! I enjoyed bringing it to life and I’m looking forward to expanding it further. I’m excited to hear your feedback! :)
These are some really good changes! It’s great to see that Paradox has realized the CoA editor deserves a bit of love. With some luck (fingers crossed) this mod might eventually become obsolete. I’ve updated it to version 1.12.1 so you can all use the symbols added by Paradox. I’ve added them en bloc at the end of the list, so you can easily see what’s new. And yes, many of the symbols added by Paradox will look familiar to you. :D I may sort them properly for the next update. For now I’m busy implementing all of your requested emblems. Who knows... maybe we’ll even inspire Paradox to add colored emblems, new shield types and more. That would be a dream! :)
It won't crash the game, but you won't have the new emblems
Yes, it is. The worst thing that can happen is that after disabling this mod you see a pink box instead of your CoA. In that case, you just need to open the Power Bloc Designer, select and edit your coat of arms. After that you can save the game with the deactivated mod. Your savegame will work fine without the mod. This way you can turn the mod on and off. There are no further complications as far as I know.
@Hesh_NC With a combination of the shield featuring the saltire (red–blue) plus the stars arranged in the shape of the saltire (white), you should get a fairly similar result. Or which Confederate States design are you referring to exactly? :)
@Vantila I’ll take a look at it over the next few days and see whether I come up with any fitting ideas. :)
@Maririnn Sure! I will add something fitting for you alongside other new charges in early December :)
@underworldtour The mod is already updated for the most recent v. 1.10.6 :)
If you get a warning that the mod is outdated, you could unsubscribe and directly subscribe again to force steam to update the mod. If you have any oither issues, please let me know :)
@Newo55 Good idea! I’ll add something fitting this week.
Have fun! If you encounter any issues, please let me know! :)
Currently there is only the Romanov's double headed eagle.
I’ve just uploaded a complete overhaul of the mod, which means there’s now a lot more content. Most importantly, you’ll now find a matching charge for each shield type. It’s no longer necessary to choose from different shield types, just pick a fitting charge.
Unfortunately, I had to change the file structure, so with this update you’ll need to recreate your coats of arms. This was a one-time necessity for the planned improving of the AI. I hope you enjoy the new version, that everything else went smoothly with the update, and I’m looking forward to your suggestions and feedback. :)
