Quite like the class, an AP-based healer makes a good counterpart to the Nomad for alleviating MP resource woes.
Slight issue, though - Big Batch has some very funny interactions with other skillsets, and I don't think it's meant to; being able to Big Batch/Smelling Salts is handy but takes a hefty chunk of AP, but being able to Big Batch a revive from a different powerset doesn't have that limitation. And there's probably some real messed up things you can do combining it with an offense set - an entire Samurai combo hitting every enemy, for example, without being held back by leaning on the very few all-enemy attacks present, or Snipe hitting every enemy... or even Coup de Grace with some setup.
It might then be a good idea to set the Big Batch status to only allow Apothecary commands until it's cleared.
(also, the idea of whipping up a Big Batch of Amputate is hilarious to me, that isn't a balance issue though)
