@TMTxNiko They are meant to be hidden, I think. Some of them can be found in some rooms, some require some thinking and action to access (i.e. using barrels to climb in order to get to the room where the artifact is hidden), and one of them requires going into the hidden room via clipping through a wall without noclip. BTW, you can refer to the provided video to find all the artifacts if you keep struggling.
