Because this removes the extra step of having to manually flag the mod as compatible with 1.6 in your mod loader and in-game to prevent unnecessary errors

i've had a look through the XML for both mods and there's not a single thing that's changed, even typos from the original mod are present in this one. it's just a straight up copy with the 1.6 tag slapped on.
