Purely a selfish request, can you make the minimum comfortable temperature far lower for all the cool new animals and plants so they don't freeze to death in my boreal forest base. Pretty please

Tested ingame and confirmed. Not only that, but using the dev command Spawn Thing to spawn Plant_AnimaGrass also spawns your mods grasses and critters to a degree

Great mod, happened to find it while looking for a mod to remove/reduce anima tree/building radius. Got some questions

Iv added this mod mid save, and iv used the Spawn Thing dev command to make a small anima forest island. Will your mod still work under these conditions or do i need a new save and/or naturally spawning anima stuff. Id like to see what your mod has to offer, it wasnt what i was initially looking for but now i care a lot less about that and a lot more about this

So I tamed several silk beetles, but i can't see indication of them producing silk. Am I doing something wrong or do i have an issue i need to figure out?

@LioTheManlyBadAssHero No incompatibilities reported and no compatibility patches were requested to be made yet. It may however be incompatible with some mods that add harvest products to anima trees and anima grass.

@Caladan With those two mods alone, even after trying a couple of different load orders, I haven't seen a single one naturally generated stuffable object made with anima wood. It can happen still but very rarely. Not sure why it's happening to you all the time though. Might be some completely unrelated mod changing stuff commonality or something, but I can't be sure.

Very strange! I tried shuffling around the mod load order but cant get it to work... Romy_AnimaWood is being used as the default Stuff for column, table, wall, sarcophagus etc.

I noticed on Cherry Picker there is a thing called 'ThingDeff:: Medieval Overhaul:: DankPyon_log_Romy_animawood'... I dont know much about modding, so not sure if that is expected or not

Would love to use this mod, unfortunately seems to have some incompatibility with Medieval Overhaul, in that anything made from wooden planks seems to use anima wood, so every map is full of blue walls and furniture

This just feels and flows so much better than the Anima Gear and Elders Faction stuff. The only place where it suffers is comparatively it links up with Vanilla Psycasts Expanded a lot less nicely (I'd imagine the spell scrolls don't use their psycasts by default), due to their addon mod that makes their anima extract craftable into the Eltex from that mod. If those things were smoothed out, i think it'd surpass those mods easily for me.

Oh, the missed opportunity to call it an Animantis!

Anyway, I'm always happy to see people expand on the Anima Tree, I feel like it was done dirty with how it was released as barely more than a fancy meditation spot that makes people sad if you aren't paying attention to it.

Btw have you considered using the Anomaly research mechanic to make the anima tree and the items researchable through the study mechanic? On the other hand, I understand if you don't want to make the mod dependent on more DLC.
