While 'CPERS: Arrest Here! - 1.6' has some differences from the original mod, the mod I've uploaded is functionally identical to the original.

@RedFlag The original mod used a Harmony patch to ensure that each prisoner could only attempt a prison break once daily. That specific patch is gone from the 'CPERS: Arrest Here! - 1.6' mod, meaning breakouts now happen on the regular game schedule.
