You can unlock one of them by entering the chimney of the house where Scouts spawn.
Figure out the rest by yourself, or you can buy hints for them at the hint shop in the top right of the streets.

@limerain I mean, that's more of an opinion then a fact. Plus Undertale has the cool story element of characters remembering what you did even if you delete or change save files. Still, I love both games. And I don't understand why people have to act like one is so much better then the other.
