maybe it stores headshot kills and with each headshot the damage increases 15% up to a max of 4 headshots but it decreases your max health or something to balance it out

I like the idea of giving the "gentleman" an officer's sword. Very cool design, nice detail on the grip and guard. The nicks in the blade are a nice touch as well. The idea of storing crits seems a little overpowered though. There should probably be a bigger drawback to it or have the mechanic changed altogether. The Sniper IS a long-range class after all. Giving him such short range potency kind of defeats the purpose. But if you would be keeping the crit storage, I would suggest some sort of negative damage resistance or even making the crits to adjusted crit damage.

That's fine. You'll be hard pressed to make anything that doesn't remind someone of something. If you like Assassin's Creed then that is a good thing. But yeah this saber is based off of a WW1 French calvelry sword I liked the look of.

looks good, but why nerf the damage?
I reckon you could have:
+15% bullet vunerability
+20% explosive vunerability
+15% damage
+15% melee resistance

There should be a -25% swing speed with any crits stored, and missing a hit with the sword should deduct 2 crits.
