While at menu go to the mods tab Find this mod it has own settings for the individual player to choose their balance for all three recipes

this value is a little hard to balance, but default T3 is totally downgrade of T2, one more process to the ore but same output.

When at the main menu you can go to mods go to liquid Steel beams and you can set the recipe yourself

can u post the actual ratio's for the steel ? Planit seems to ( and it looks like its correct ) , prefer not to use the tier3 recipe . Means that the lower tier recipes are 'better' to use
