this one was serious, completely lagged my pc till I used "destroy" via console:

Faction (name of my faction) has null relation with (name of the faction visiting). Returning dummy relation.

It might take an update to events in general in space since they don't fire like normal ones right now. You only get vacsuit raids and debris.

If you are in space you won't get any visitors of any kind other than raids or space debris. On the ground you definitely should though settings for guest beds and the like reset between odyssey gravship jumps for the ship itself.

For the NUP Compatibility the instructions are a bit unclear. Should i keep the "No friendly inventory spill" option on or off? Its on by default and leaving it disables inventory drops.

Boy, I sure wish the original creator would do the bare basic minimum and post on the mod's page that it's not functional and never will be and link to this one, instead of just....leaving it up with the comments turned off so nobody can tell you it's broken!

Has anyone had an issue where guest settings reset on gravship launch? I have to set new defaults if I want them to shop at each new stop. I don't think I've had this issue before at least it wasn't noticeable in the past.

Since it doesn't seem like you can change the settings for guest group size and frequency mid-save, is it possible to do so with save editing? Tried looking through it myself but having a lot of difficulty.

One of the guests started throwing errors after loading save with 10 jobs in one tick and is freezing.

I fixed this by changing her bed (which was shared with someone other) to normal. Pawn claimed another bed and is no longer freezing. Just FYI if anyone has similar issue.

"Yeah, I'm no longer maintaining Hospitality. The 1.6 update here was done by Adamas. Do with it what you will. But you're probably better off using [Hospitality continued], as it will be more compatible and support more 1.6 features."

@Dr_Dankenstein The maker of Hospitality (Orion) said he was retired from this and wouldn't be updating it. But it looks like he eventually updated it anyway. I just noticed a few days ago and unsubbed from this to get back on the original. No problems for me. But I like knowing there's a fork because Hospitality is one of the best mods!!

Hey there. I have an asteroid base (I'm using this alongside the spaceports continued mod and simply more roofs to let shuttles go through).
Guests arrive/leave without issues, however, if I attempt to launch a gravship, all the guests get stuck in "leaving ship", despite not being inside the gravship. And the gravship is unable to launch.
I suppose this is part of the compatibility for oddysey but they don't seem to detect that they are not inside the gravship whenever this happens. I checked logs and no errors show up at all when this happens. Here are the exact replication steps:

1. Be at an asteroid base
2. Have a gravship stationed there
3. Receive guests
4. Try to launch gravship
5. Guests will get stuck anywhere in the map trying to leave the ship, despite not being inside
6. Gravship won't launch as it just waits for the guests to leave, despite them not being inside.

Lemme know if you need any extra details, and sorry if this isn't the best place to post this

For the Odyssey compatibility, i know that Rimsential Space Port let Hospitality be compatible with Save Our Ships 2, so maybe this is the way to make it work with Odyssey

@Zaljerem hello! I am writing to you about my previous comment, where I reported an error. I just updated the game to RimWorld v1.6.4566 and checked the mod in the game. First of all, the red error in the logs is gone! Secondly, the mod settings are now available. I think the problem I described earlier has been fixed.

Anyone have a fix on pawns turning to guests after being "waterlogged"/drowning? Makes it hard to run near water sources. Been watching the same member of the empire struggle to leave down the only outlet to my east. Down a river, through the mountain.... Using Some Things Float.

Just wondering, what's the best way to request a change or contribute to this mod?

I'm just working on one of my own, but it has the occasional issue with guests from this mod, in particular guests scrounging for food stall since they end up spamming StartPath every tick. Any chance that StartPath could be done as a toil.initAction instead of toil.tickAction ?

Can you tell me where I can find the full settings of this mod? I don't have any settings for this mod among the settings for other mods.

Maybe it's related to this red error that I see when starting the game.:

wait wait wait ... Did Hospitality cause my game to crash every 5-10 minutes? I used the original mod that was not updated for more than a month anymore and now i see this one.

Im so desperate already, i don't want to play without it xD So your version does not have these issues? I try ASAP

Okay, if anyone else runs into this, seems to be a problem with Map Designer. As soon as I change mountain settings to move mountains more to the borders of the map, that error appears - depsite there being four large open sides where visitors could arrive plus caves reaching to the map end.

No, actually normal map just started, hence so confused. I was used to get that pop up if i want guests, be asked again later or activate it myself. Instead it seems, I get that now.

If no one has mentioned it before, it looks like the nutrient paste dispenser option to sell to exists is not present on the "Nutrient Paste Tap" (wall version of the original) from VE Nutrient Paste Expanded.

I always wondered why the "Entertain" job was available to those royalty-quest visitors. Digging a little, it seems the Entertain worktype lacks the <li>AllWork</li> tag which is used by quests to disable all work.
