In the past version, trait's birth rate is assigned based on percent chance. But now, the trait's birth rate works a bit differently, all traits will be added in the pool list for X time (X is the value you set in slider) and the unit will randomly get a trait from that pool list. Kinda like chance based, but not.
Example: Flash trait is set to 10 in slider, that mean it will add 10 Flash trait to pool list, and newly spawned unit to get random trait from that pool list.
So it is best to not set slider to over 10 unless you really want to see that traits more often!
And yeah... even spawned animals or normal mobs can have my traits, this is not something I can control.
