It works exactly like the Terramart Shipments pod. You can't use it underground, and there has to be at least 40 blocks of open sky above it for it to unlock.

How do I use it I have the legal shipments thingy but it’s closed

It should not need any compatibility patches. The code allows any weapon, armor, or mech part, and any objects with the "combat" tag.

If this works like terramart shipment does this means it needs compatibility patch for mods that adds weapons ?
Or does it use a tag whitelist instead of item id ?

You should probably add tags to your mod so people have an easier time finding this. :)
