It is my fault, I had fiddled around in the MCT and the other guys didn't know about my changes, I misunderstood the sync. Thanks for your help!

If one player has long load times, the queue will pile up for the others, its something I am still trying to address
1. Do you use this just for mct or also some of my mods?
2. I updated the main sync mod yesterday, are you sure that everyone is on the new version
Steam likes to delay updating mods.
3. All mct settings have to be the same, they are synced by the base mct mod, BUT only after the game has started / finished loading.
So anything that happens beforehand uses local settings and will cause issues, especially on new game start.

One guy couldn't even make it into a match, the other guy would disconnect mid end turn or before the next few. Do we all need our MCT settings the same or will this mod sync them? Troubleshooting why it happening, we are all pretty new to mods.

Is 5000+ items in waiting normal? Even when we wait it out sometimes it still won't let the turn end.

It does for me, the usual stuff still applys, keep the options in sync...
