Hi! Do you plan to add a diplomatic action like “support pan-nationalist movement”?
It could work by backing German, Italian, Yugoslav, or Indian movements, basically creating radicals that support those causes, targeting countries like the Papal States could trigger an overthrow of the existing government, forming a new one aligned with the pan-italian movement.
It could also be useful for countries like France, to weaken rivals such as Austria or the Ottoman Empire by stirring up revolts among culturally aligned pops, kind of a way to indirectly destabilize those empires through nationalist uprisings.

Getting "Revolutionary Reform" from crushing cultural uprisings seems a bit unbalanced.

@Hass looks fine, you might want to rename the files to z_stts so that you don't overwrite the whole thing. For instance in the 1.10 update I've added a new scripted_trigger that you'll have to add to the compatch if you're overwriting the whole file.

i'm a very lazy comrade and just go into workshop folder, copy the localization files, rename the l_english in file name and content to e.g. l_german and have the english texts in my otherwise localized game.

just fyi in case anyone else does not want to play the game completely in english

Quick question, will this still work with 1.9? I don't know how much stuff with political movements it changed but I haven't noticed a difference.
