it seems the engine cooling is broken, engine temperatures continue to increase to dangerous temperatures even at the bare minimum to maintain flight

Halfway through the flight all 4 engines caught fire and exploded causing me to enter a vertical dive into the ocean (i did end up crashing since the controls froze up after the engines caught fire)

theres asymterrical flap deployment, only the right ones deploy fully past 75% and it kinda violently yaws it left
