you could make that double fan star more devious by requiring 3(!) buttons per star ;) since you can steal both cubes from that fan/platform laser blocking one while also keeping an active recording. but thats perhaps a tad sadistic lol
It's beyond the wildest dreams of any mapmaker to create a glitch-free level in TTPR, but the best workaround here is probably putting a little containment (a small fence, some bushes etc.) in order to keep the fan cover in its place .
Indeed, the fan shouldn't be in the water, that's a bug that must have appeared right before publish, because in the afternoon, it was still on the intended spot. :-(
Most of the stuff you mentioned is probably fine – I certainly don't mind players smuggling in some additional items into Angle Shooting – after all, that puzzle is a cheese incarnate, so I don't mind players adding a bit of theirs. :-) And as for the alternative approaches for the stars, that's also fine, even the one with recording – but I admit it was an oversight on my part.
Getting beyond the star gate by using a box, that's a different story, though. That's something that needs to be fixed.
Once again, thanks a lot!
As for Trebuchet, indeed, it also happened to me that the buzzer deviated from its path a little when going across the platform, but in most cases, it was fine, and if I remember correctly, reactivating the trebuchet could fix it if it didn't launch on the first attempt.
And many, many thanks for mentioning the behind-the-scenes content on the terminal – in fact, I wasn't really sure if someone would be interested in that, but knowing that there is a target audience means a lot to me, cheers!
I'm probably not going to fix the issues right away – after all, I'm not sure how it would be perceived regarding the puzzle jam. But don't worry, in the future, I'm planning on creating more levels and connecting them to a custom campaign, and I certainly want to use this level in it – with some improvements and fixes.
As for the video(s) with intended solutions, I'm planning to record and post those on YouTube during the course of this week. Please, be patient. :-)
minor things:
you can bring one jammer out of here with some easy jumps https://images.steamusercontent.com/ugc/11912453927304310189/BFDAB458F20D545A982EC96B9E0A560A9187A30D/?imw=5000&imh=5000
(I wouldn't mind using that jammmer and the recording to jam the doors before the clone but I know they have to be jammed from inside the levels)
and this way you can stand on a cube on this fan and jump over the plasma doors

really minor things, clearly not intended:

you can cheese the final sigil with a cube on the side

this way you can sneak a fan cover inside
I wanted to report some things about the stars
most important thing I didn't notice this fan since in my computer its initial position is in the water
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3480891697
(changing the base should fix that not sure if invisibile walls would work too)
second thing: https://images.steamusercontent.com/ugc/15783727894645454329/DA5D39AB91F4055C2DDF214C02E8934BDBD211D0/?imw=5000&imh=5000
this seems a good spot to go out of the level on purpose, plus on the other side there's a fan (so you might think it's an intended spot)
plus: for the star that requires 2 fans you don't need the second one because of the recording (actually I like this thing I'd consider making it canon)
Angle Shooting was one of those puzzles where I entered it, thought of the solution, hoped it wasn't what you did so i could make the puzzle, then figured out it was what you did.
Trebuchet was really cool though I'm not sure the mechanic worked reliably? Seemed to sometimes not go off correctly but only got stuck once I think
Also really enjoyed the behined the scenes on each level. And the architecture is gorgeous, so much atmosphere.
Not sure if I'll go back for stars (tend to not do those) but great work
