You’re right, and if you check out the discussion I posted titled “Configurable Unconscious Time,” you’ll see the rough roadmap I have for the mod.
To go into more detail here: I plan to add more modularity and features over time. Users will soon be able to specify a fixed time before a player becomes unconscious from hypoxia (e.g., 30 seconds). The default will remain at 0 seconds, similar to the current implementation.
There will be a toggle in the settings to choose between using a fixed time or calculating the time based on altitude. I also plan to include a scalar value to allow even further adjustment. Additionally, I’m looking into reflecting hypoxia effects in the ACE SpO2 values for added immersion.
I’m also considering adding visual and possibly sound effects to enhance immersion, with the option to toggle them on or off in the settings.
