After playing it a bit, I'd say this mod is somewhat easier than NGF but harder in other ways, such as S-Vests. As well as being more "insurgent" themed which is more applicable to post invasion COIN fighting against T-Bros, ISIS and etc.

Overall it's still harder than vanilla enemies and honestly I've switched from NGF to this for alot of my campaigns since most of GWOT is has been COIN fighting.
