我多少能看懂日文和英文，所以是先借助翻譯工具，再確認句子的正確性來完成翻譯的。
但我對中文真的完全不懂，連翻譯出來的句子是對是錯都無法判斷，

Is it a problem related to the program? Or do you just dislike the Japanese voice?
If you simply don't like the Japanese voice, it might be a bit inconvenient, but you can remove the voice using the following method.
Please find and delete the following two folders (the folder paths may not match exactly, but they should be similar) :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1188930\3473710518\Audio
