So since this pack has the Combine in a sense be Russian in origin, I'd wager this would make for an well addition to the pack.

I have moved the Legacy items and standalone weapons to a Legacy Collection.

I did this for convenience, since I noticed that some people subscribe to the whole collection without readng which mods are obsolete or standalone, and then experience issues or mods overwriting eachother.

you could make it like the improved vannila combine where they replace the metrocops in episode 1 with dirty ones you could make it that the episode 1 metrocops get replaced by these riot ones
like a addition replacment.

the only really big things missing are a couple of weapons, some main characters and maybe some cool poland textures
