PRL '81: ZOMO Anti-Riot Troops replace Metropolice

This mod replaces the default HL2 Metrocops with the troops of the Zmotoryzowane Odwody Milicji Obywatelskiej (Motorized Reserves of the Citizens' Militia)[en.m.wikipedia.org] - a paramilitary police unit even more infamous than the regular Milicja. Known for brutal suppressions of anti-government demonstrations.

They differ from my Milicja mod in a few ways. They sport a custom Shield, Helmet and a longer Assault Baton, as well as a darker shade of the uniform. Barney, however remains the same. Also, I haven't found a better way to implement a shield other than as a bodygroup. So be aware that the shield WILL sometimes clip through geometry.

NOTICE - This mod is in no way intended to replace my other Milicja mod. I simply wanted to provide more variety for replays.
