theres so much potential in this mod. the features, customizability, etc. but it's still missing so much. i know it's in beta, with a lot of room for improvement, but i can already see it shaping into an extraordinary mod each update.

Thank you also, but it’s still not fully fixed, it does stay in the center now but when you let go of the key, it would still shift a little bit the left :steambored:

In neck fx "free aim" I inputted a key and disabled toggle mode to it, it used to center and stay in the center after holding my key, but now after the update, the camera would shift back to where it was used to be instead of staying the center which I want to happen.

when you subscribe on addon mid-game with wshl, gm++ gives you 7 errors and breaks your spawnmenu so you cant spawn anything and only solution is leave the map. just try it with yourself

heads up, latest update will most likely make your Neck FX configs obsolete. specifically movement & motion gyro have been readjusted.

@Wire, you can now disable this behavior under the camera attachment settings by setting first-person threshold to 0.

@Agent228, death camera can be disabled under (Neck FX -> Overview).

@ML, I am unable to reproduce any freezes. please make sure you are not dealing with a mod conflict.

@Bitz, you can simply save your current config with the name of the gamemode to be loaded on startup. for example, the default config for the sandbox gamemode is "sandbox", and for TTT it would be "terrortown".

@tsaa, the accelerometer and motion gyro simulate weight for your head and weapon when moving around.

If you have problems with "MW Base" with the lag of hands after you switch from "MW" guns to, say, a physical gun, and the problem comes from "VManip Base" and "Chen's VManip Patch" you will have to refuse these addons

I tried to look through the comments and the menu in game but I can't find anything regarding this so forgive me if I missed it. But whenever this mod is enabled, if your are facing a wall or other and right click with your mouse, you seem to just scale the wall so long as it doesn't end or has something in the way. Is there a way to turn this off? It's extremely frustrating and unnecessary for the shenanigans I'm partaking in. Thanks!

A heads up, this and animated sprinting do not play well together as it messes with the camera and breaks it, other than that pretty good add-on. Better than the original by a long shot especially with the amount of quality of life features you can choose from definitely recommend.

Something conflicts with the mod and stops you from using the spawnmenu and context menu. I don't remember what though as I had like 900 mods and just recently got rid of all of them so maps wouldn't lag horribly.

Ik it's not very helpful but just wanted to put it out there

freeaim has seen a slight change to its algorithm, if you think you have a bug please post in the thread with details.

no, there is nothing else that could be affecting your view only when sprinting.
disable all other addons and try again.

@sev so mouse acceleration is disabled and set at the default value, ive even lowered it to 0 and yet its still slow, anything else i can look into or change to fix it?

check if you have Player Interaction > Mouse Acceleration enabled and set to a high value. it doesn't actually change your sensitivity, just smooths out camera movement.

weapon bases will be supported as we have the time and ability.

not sure why or how but having this enabled and then pressing shift at all to run or just to press, makes looking around impossible, i cant turn the camera and when i can its very very slow as if i have the slowest sensitivity

ARCcw base still bugged with g++, neck module break aim completely, and guns begin go crazy on screenspace. Any possible fixes? eg bypass and turn off weapon and look sim, just dont do anything until i turn whole NECK module off - then guns behave like normal

fyi @Killa Klappa @kanadianborn and anyone else, the freezing should be resolved. there is one users that is still having issues but we can't reproduce them so far and don't know if it's related.

I assume you mean the scuff sound?

I plan to add a framework to allow people to add their own sounds. if you can't wait for that, you can always overwrite the scuff sound with your own addon.

@Killa Klappa, this should finally be fixed now.

@Rasmordem, it should be fine as long as you don't enable features like slow stepping in unison.

@tsaa, disabling zooming should work for Arc-9 now!
