Heard/OpenFire on both factions are now separated into Subordinate/Leader
Proper Radio version that doesn't play on you but on the entity that emitted it is also in place.

Notice: currently re-writing this. Upon multiple testing, the distance where the sound switch happens actually makes the sound play ON YOU, not on the entity emitting the sound.

So I have to re-do and re-write every response group that uses the radials and make a standalone version that doesn't switch to a radio version.

@RedDeathOfMe nice! feel free to explore - I should've left more notes about it for people to see which ones work. Most of the concepts don't work, some Concepts are prioritized depending on gamemode (InvestigatingAggressive over Investigating in PVP, other way around in PVE)

SpottedFlashlight might be exclusive to Security - although this is made around purely vanilla response criteria, you can try and make your own but that means editing the Response Criteria to add in new criterion.
