描述

A standalone version of the talker system I set up with my DAV and DSV. This is for people who wants to use the same system without the voice files being replaced.

Might not work for SV_Pure 1 servers.

Check the thread below to see how it works.

Replaced Files for Conflict Reference:
talker/team_insurgent.txt
talker/team_security.txt
ins_sounds_responses_insurgent.txt
ins_sounds_responses_security.txt

IMPORTANT

Place the talkativebots.vpk from 3469276738 in the 222880 workshop folder, to your Custom folder for this to work. This mod edits scripts so it may not work unless in the custom folder

Note: If you're subscribed to both Definitive Arabic Voices and Definitive Security Voices, you don't need to subscribe here. However, if you're subbed to only one of them and wants the talkative bot feature for whichever faction you don't have, sub to this item.

[Updated]
Heard/OpenFire on both factions are now separated into Subordinate/Leader
Proper Radio version that doesn't play on you but on the entity that emitted it is also in place.

Notice: currently re-writing this. Upon multiple testing, the distance where the sound switch happens actually makes the sound play ON YOU, not on the entity emitting the sound.

So I have to re-do and re-write every response group that uses the radials and make a standalone version that doesn't switch to a radio version.

@RedDeathOfMe nice! feel free to explore - I should've left more notes about it for people to see which ones work. Most of the concepts don't work, some Concepts are prioritized depending on gamemode (InvestigatingAggressive over Investigating in PVP, other way around in PVE)

SpottedFlashlight might be exclusive to Security - although this is made around purely vanilla response criteria, you can try and make your own but that means editing the Response Criteria to add in new criterion.
