好像失效了，设置了与自己不同的医疗\经济体制，释放的属国却和自己法律一样

Well, it's WAD, as stated in the mod description and button effect description:

The requirements for the chosen laws must be met first and overlord can't have more backward laws, e.g., Russia and Qing basically have no laws to choose for their subjects at day 1.

Also, absolute monarchy can't release any kinds of republic.

Thank you for the kind explanation. This error is quite irregular.
First of all, it appears that a monarchy cannot liberate a republic (France is an exception). This applies to all kingdoms, like Spain, and other laws, such as economic systems, apply normally.

However, no legal settings work for countries with backward laws, such as Russia and the Qing Dynasty. It seems like something is violating the requirements, but I'm not sure.

@Basileia_Rhomaion By "detailed description", I mean you need to describe "how" it didn't work, e.g., is it that the JE didn't appear, or it displayed nothing, or you chose a law but the law wasn't applied to the released subject, in this case, which law, also, did the requirements for chosen laws already be met (in mod description), etc.

Tested every single major countries. Only works in US.
Russia, Prussia, France, Russia, Qing, Ottoman, Spain, Nueva Granada : Not working

I'm quite sure it only works in US, for some weird reason

@Basileia_Rhomaion Please provide detailed description, otherwise I can't reproduce the problem, as it still works fine for me

Tested again with Russia, and still not working for me. Disabled every other mod.
Please check again.

@Basileia_Rhomaion The last time I checked, this mod still works fine with game version 1.10.
