If you need it for scenes, then you can remove the balloon in bodygroups yourself or use this addon for randomizer npc https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3428841360 which will diversify your npc in shootouts (if of course you use npc that have a lot of settings in bodygroups)
