@RseT0 Okay thanks, i just found out having HL2 Content Mounted breaks the models especially for the small antlions so its all good.

If you need it for scenes, then you can remove the balloon in bodygroups yourself or use this addon for randomizer npc https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3428841360 which will diversify your npc in shootouts (if of course you use npc that have a lot of settings in bodygroups)
