Correct, because the penetration is now a %, I didn't modify it. Otherwise, you could eventually get ridiculous amounts of penetration.

Looks like attuning to the gemstone does not double the penetration any more.

thank god someone made a mod for this...not sure why this wasn't a part of the game to begin with. Makes some of the trinkets so trash after the first loop, and makes resistances almost impossible to balance for most classes.
