描述
Scales static trinkets per NG+! This changes things like Amulet of Health, Spiked Pauldons, Marham's Mace, Scroll of Magic Missile, and even the abysmal Arctic Step (that also got a sneaky buff!).

Doesn't scale things like Belt of the Brute and Crest of Victory.

Let me know if anything seems too powerful or if something is broken.

Correct, because the penetration is now a %, I didn't modify it. Otherwise, you could eventually get ridiculous amounts of penetration.

Looks like attuning to the gemstone does not double the penetration any more.

thank god someone made a mod for this...not sure why this wasn't a part of the game to begin with. Makes some of the trinkets so trash after the first loop, and makes resistances almost impossible to balance for most classes.
