I need to know, fill my brain with the knowledge please!
TOO many bugs, barely interesting story, 3/5 level design. I admit, sprites are pretty cool.
This campaign needs a LOT of work. I dare to say, the only good level, it's the one didn't participate Touhou characters
@hato I like HM1 level design too. For Take Over, you're supposed to press space to roll to dodge bullets when you enter. Appreciate your blocks of text.
I'm not a big fan of both Hotline Miami and Touhou, but I'm glad to see this has become a bridge for both communities. I hope this inspires other people who are interested to make their own mod. There's no Reisen skin mod so far but someone already made Reimu and Marisa long time ago btw.
Also hey guys, make sure to try levels made by other creators too, especially those with less than 100 subscribers because some of them have good design but overlooked.
I don't exactly know the standard for campaigns in this game but it genuinely felt like I was playing through the original game again but with Touhou Characters inside of it. It was awesome >:)
Sorry for the blocks of text but this entire campaign is pretty cool and reminds me of the original Hotline Miami style of levels with some difficulty which is hard but not impossible! Good job
Anywayss
You get some explanation between the levels in this campaign and it's actually comprehensible unlike Hotline Miami T_t but it was executed so well and I adored all the gags that were put into the dialogue like Koishi being an insane physcopath who just talks to herself on the phone. It's always the schizophrenic people man. Their always so silly :3
thanks for introducing me to some new banger music and a new fun game where I now have a burning hatred for mobsters, dogs and fat people. I've been keeping an eye on your twitter, Radsven and I hope everything in your life gets sorted out and that we will all eventually get to see ACT II in the future if possible
Although it is only me or koishi and satori when they're going to kill together just not showing both sister but the default sprite?
While this story is following three-act structure, I'm not sure if we'll do act 3 to finish the story but we'll do act 2 after I finish some of my problems irl including getting my laptop back from pawn shop because of financial problems so I can continue. I'm actually logged in on my phone right now, lol.
Tenkyuu~ Furahia!
A very good campaign overall, a few parts like the AlexAsh + Biker felt buggy, but that's a given since the level editor and HM2 itself can get pretty janky, nothing too game breaking.
Dialogue sections feel a bit too long, at least for my taste. Could do with cutting them down a little.
It's a bit rough, but it's still a very fun and well made campaign, can't wait to see Act 2 and Act 3 if you ever get to making them!
