Some information about the campaign:
The Indomitable Human Spirit and its consequences have reshaped Gensokyo in ways both wondrous and terrible.
Spell card system is no longer in Gensokyo and youkai are losing their power because of human progress.
Only two youkai who were infected by the mysterious plague to show up in the background eating human through this campaign.
Blue Circle Syndicate is the most powerful organized crime in Gensokyo with its members mostly consisted of grassroots level youkai. Yukari and the others don't know where is their HQ, yet (Satori knew, but she decided to keep it to herself because it was better to take care of the entire operation first before the leadership).
The Egawa Family was a yakuza group that controls a certain area, one of the rivals of BCS.
The Iron Boys was a car-theft ring that turned an abandoned workshop for chairs and tables production into a chop shop. They were under the protection of the Blue Circle.
The owner of Shimizu restaurant is one of the bosses of the Blue Circle.
Kanako had become both goddess of the wind and mountains since Sanae and Suwako were gone.
East Peak Company is a powerful company founded by Kanako which is inspired by real life East India Companies.


Gunther is added as The Henchman version of this campaign to show that the Syndicate's members are not some random guys without story in their life.
Koishi is supposed to encounter Gunther again in a bar to brag about her new car but it was cancelled.
