hello I come with a idea for apex summoner, you could make it so it also extends whip range if you pick apex and level up SPI points

Any possibility of the sliders being replaced?
They don't work great.
ie: If you move a stat slider off 0.5, you can't ever get it back to 0.5 (Only 0.48 or 0.53999996) without Revert Changes or Restore Defaults.

The other "slider" (What's used for Stat Caps, Level Caps, etc.) works just fine.

Metroid mod integration seems to be buggy as of now, since from my testing, stats add 0.05% hunter damage instead of 0.5%

@Alfred I think that the boss sliders are supposed to be ADDED to the normal enemy scaling, and not to scale bosses only. Wish they were, because I wanna play with enemy scaling on and boss scaling off, but that isn't possible (over 10k hp EoW, anyone?)

Would it be possible to add in a flat health, damage & defense increase option depending on the player's level for enemies / bosses? This is just so that the percentage increase for some enemies / bosses get a boost overtime by the scaler since the percentage increase wouldn't really do much for a stat that is low or at zero. (Flat Health increase not so much I guess, but figure I just mention it anyway in case one wanted regular enemies to get a buff overtime or something.)

According to tests I've done, the scalable damage and health bar adjustments for bosses don't work; the bosses' stats are linked to the normal enemy settings. Also, you could add more ways to increase these settings, like 0.01 increments? The 0.03 multipliers make the bosses' stats go crazy over time. Otherwise, it's a very good mod.

Integration with Metroid Mod appears to be broken (hunter damage does not increase by 0.5% per stat investment).

Also it could perhaps be improved (perhaps reduced overheat every few points)

I seem to having an issue with controller, I don't really have a free button to open the stat menu, but I can't assign a key that works for the stat UI to be opened. I have to assign a button on my controller then assign stats etc, then unassign it as the buttons conflict if two are on the same button assigned. The keyboard is just not recognized anymore it seems.

I love how simple it is to respec in this mod, but it sometimes feels a bit too easy to do. Have you considered adding an option that would cost Rebirth Points or alternatively a configurable amount of levels to respec points? Obviously this would be something optional just like everything else. Love how configurable the mod is.

Hugo spawns when a vacant house is available. And the high exp bug from weird mobs got reported a lot already, so yeah just tinker with the settings.

How do I get Hugo to spawn? If I have to sacrifice a firstborn to the fires of hell, I'll do it, once I get the Goblin Tinkerer and Mechanic together (yes I hate him that much)

Admittedly this mod is pretty fun, BUT to report, there's a wierd bug with the perforator hives in calamity. one of the adds they spawn (the yellow dotted one) auto dies and ends up giving you a boatload of XP because of the health scaling.

Also, the boss health scaling kinda gets outta control really fast? i'll tinker with the settings to adjust it, but other than that, great mod!

Well there's a command to reset your character's progress, but I don't think there are direct gain/lose level things. Alternatively to level up quickly just whack a target dummy with the highest damage weapon you have (assuming xp for damage is turned on)

@Mr.C there is, it's in the advanced settings in the mod's settings. Most issues with the mod can be resolved if you go through the mod's settings. :)

certain bosses are insanely difficult with health scaling turned on. Currently, the main culprits seems to be worm bosses, and bosses that have ads they spawn. the following calamity bosses are VERY hard to defeat: Crabulon, because it has an attack where it spawns a massive ammount of Ads, which scale in health and damage. Another boss that causes issues is Aquatic Scourge as for me it had 1.3 MILLION hp with health scaling (at level 70) and it's head was always a 1-Shot. I wish there was a way to exclude certain enemies from level scaling as this would resolve most issues.

After further testing: The Destroyer probes also have the crabulon problem.

@thexptavern, yeah the config file, wherever it's located on your machine. @Waves, yeah, just go to mod settings. Also there is a XP Verification settings that's on by default so there probably was a that came up that said suspicious XP but you accepted.

Is there a way to reduce levels? I killed a random cactus monster from some mods and got like 30 levels from it. Wanted to fix that.

@Riftstrider, I just checked to see if this was happening. It's not happening for me on my end so maybe another mod might be interfering. I think... maybe disable 1 mod at a time to see which one.

there is a bug with the build speed part of TCH in the current update. it actually decreases tile placement speed in the current update for some reason. I will check config but rn it shows as what it used to be, and I have it set to default

the new socket idea is great! I love defense builds so seeing more support for them is amazing. however I am unsure if it is a mod incompatibility or just the socket system not working right for me, but I am unable to even place vanilla armors into the socketing slot

@Winterflake, yeah, I don't have the full thing extractable at the moment but no worries, next update. @GuyInTux, no need, just add Target Dummy (or whatever the name of the dummy is) to the blacklist in the Advanced settings. @Lottus27, right now it only increases damage, knock back or crit chance, still experimenting with the system, like right now summons aren't affected, but in my current test/fix, they are... I'm still experimenting with the system right now. @Lazyfae, the thing is, the data for those are integers so only whole numbers are allowed for those... Like I could possibly make them "percentage" increase for those but the data for those (armor pen, wing time) are held as integers. And im actually still experimenting with the socketing system :) so I'll try to add more things to it as I see what works and what doesn't. New update coming soon so stay tuned guys :D

I'm trying to localize this mode, but even if I extract this mode's localization file from the mod loader, only the Config part is extracted and the rest of the content is not extracted, so it's impossible to fully localize it. Is there any other way?

Can the Sockets/Jewels add stats like +Agi, or +Str, or +BRD etc etc, or are they basic socketing mainly just for scaling damage. It would only make sense that you could add stats from the stat system in stataria to accessories, armor, and weapons to further increase power + time commitment/investment.

Stat Settings request.
The basic ones, not modded, have fixed whole numbers on some. This is probably planned but can more of the stats that have fixed whole numbers, use slider/decimal settings? Several stats like STR have armor pen, I'd like to have decimals instead of a minimum of 0 or 1. AGI with Wing Time, same problem.
 
Socketing question/request.
Socket types to add and sliders requested. Size. Speed. Velocity. MP Consumption. Projectiles per shot? Maybe Defense.
Basically the ones available for reforges on weapons. Not sure how feasible all of those are.

Thanks for the mod. Loving it so far and having fun seeing it develop and change with updates!

I already saw what the problem is, it's more like an incompatibility with the Infernum mod since in its difficulty the Golem's fists cannot be damaged.

@Phoenixdive, they are sold by the Merchant NPC. Tier 1: All times, Tier 2: After beating EoW or BoC, and Tier 3: In Hardmode. Different weapon rarities come with a certain number of slots available for them, but you can always increase the slots. You can extract cores, past weapons with cores in them to other players. With cores, you can technically make a Copper Shortsword as strong as hardmode weapons... you know... if you like to keep one weapon per run.
