Truth be told, i didn't exactly have the best reaction to your comment the first time i saw it.
Hell, i had "fuck off" in my comment when i was originally writing my reply to your comment, realized i was making my self look like a childish, decided to rewrite the comment to be formal.
Honestly, i do want to fix the crashes, i really do, but i have pretty much no way of knowing what causes said crashes, either level transitions, ragdolls, and all that jazz, and with models and textures you would atleast get an error message, with crashes like these, you get none, pretty much leaving me in the dark about it.
Kind of my fault for trying to "one-man" this whole project of mine in the first place,
i should have tried asking for help from people who are experienced at it.
As for what i could do for this addon right now, the best i can do is minor fixes to make it slightly improved from how it is right now.
I was so excited to re-experience a beloved universe through mods. So when I encountered crashes, my excitement was dashed and I was sad. I'm sure the same goes for you too. If you could, you'd want it to work flawlessly and perfectly. Again, I apologize if I sounded selfish.
Fucking hell.. I decided to try a mod for the first time and the first two mods i played both crashes. I don't know if it's because it's a port but since you can't fix it just delete it and stop wasting people's time.
I loaded map manual by type "map upr_03_06" so EZ2 can generate the map correctly. I see nothing wrong after do this so I load my save game... and found why game is crash.
Those Zombies at the start of the map do something weird for game!!!
I'm disappoint.
Dunno how to make them in other maps, as the only thing i did to change them, is changing their npc from npc_bec, to npc_combine_s and to slap the modified metrocop model and skin and the custom npc response context on them (for bloody cop it was easier since he already had his skin and response context added already.)
Sometimes they don't have health regeneration.
(And before anybody asks about the metrozombie, it could easily have been a backport, as in the smg2 weapon in ezu actually is in ez1 just without the models, textures, and weapon script.)
