Hey, I hope I can help you. Click somewhere on the 2x2 map and a new button on the top left of the screen should appear. Click that to add a waypoint. You can add more waypoints the same way. After that, toggle on one of the autopilot buttons spread around the ship. Throttle up and you should go where you wanna go. If you also enable the auto-stop, the thrust will be cut upon arrival.
If you want to use coordinates, it's a bit less straight forward. You first have to tap the top left icon on the 2x2 map, which opens a window. Then click on the input field for either x or y. Then enter the coordinates using the keyboard input. Lastly, you can either jump to the location and then set a wayoint like before or directly set a waypoint.
I hope that explains it. If something is not clear, I'll try to provide more information.
Here is the page of the autopilot: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3277846721
Just in case: To swap the dinghy for the Remora, you would need to cut the dinghy using the selection tool. Then paste the Remora into its place, placing it right at the hardpoint. One can also attach the winches 1-4 to the rope anchors. It is actually possible to swap the dinghy and Remora after spawning everything, but it can be more of a hassle as the Remora tends to capsize. But still possible using the winch on the mast.
Just using this package is faster though. ^^
