This totally reminds me of the real VTOL, the LTV XC-142. You should do a 4 engine version like it. great work!

how do you pull up the water winch once you have water or if you dont need it for any reasons

Does the throttle have to be at 100% all the time? i turned them down to save gas but then it sank into the sea. don't know what happened

I was moving the rotors and all of a sudden I was losing rotor blades until I had lost lift capability, and hit the sea.. vehicle unrecoverable after that, because I could never restart the engines (engine compartment flooded somehow)

I only have had problem with the rotors not tilting forward properly, but that's only happened a couple of times. always having the jets clutched together seemed to have helped (arrow button on left side of instrument panel. Hope that works for you, cuz I'm quite sure you haven't done anything wrong.

I'm happy that it even made it to the weekly top for a couple of days! :) Maybe I'll add a button that divids all outputs to half of its true value in a future version, together with some other fixes. I think it also would be good to have some sort of "Man over board" function but I'm still thinking about how it would work.

Can you add a stabilizer button or position hold to it. it is vary wobbly and impossible to maneuver in tight spaces.

That is genius to come up with something like that. One of the best Vtols I have seen. Good job.
